Nowadays, when media is full of each day frightening news, we get easily programmed for anger, fear, negative, which further affects our health, well-being and many more.
My main tips for being happy every day:
1. Start finding positive in each event;
2. Be grateful for all You have each day;
3. No matter what believe that everything happens for good;
4. Praise yourself every day for what you have done well or for your good thoughts;
5. Identify your own true desires.
Of course there are many more effective instruments for making our lives better, but about them I will tell next time.
